Welcome to the Region V Plus Tech Hub Lending Library

Follow these steps to get started:

Registration: 

  1. Go to Register in the Top Right of the screen.
  2. Complete ALL information requested so a staff member can get in contact with you once you create your loan request.

  1. Start to create a loan or reservation request by going to the left side of the page and looking at our catalog or search for an item directly in the search bar at the top of your screen.
    •    If you cannot find what you are looking for, contact us directly and we may be able to help!
  2. To request an item, click on the picture or title, then click on the green "Borrow" button (if "Borrow is unavailable, please use the "Reserve" button.
  3. Choose your request start and end date using the calendar feature.
  4. Click "Add to Basket".
  5. Click "Proceed to Checkout."
  6. Click "Checkout."
  7. You will receive an email about your loan request.
  8. Someone will contact you regarding delivery or pick up of your item. Larger items may need picked up directly from your local county board office.

Who Can Borrow: Any person currently receiving services in Region V Plus of Ohio, or anyone in their circle of supports.

Item Limitations: Individuals are only able to borrow one item at a time.

Loan Duration: The standard borrowing period is a max of 30 days. If you would like to extend your renewal, please reach out to us directly.

Technical Assistance: If a device is not working or you need assistance, please contact us directly.

Return Process: Close to your return date, you will be contacted by a staff member to schedule delivery/pickup/dropoff of your item.
